Client Consent & Liability Waiver Requirement
Before receiving any services at Noemi Oasis, all clients are required to complete and sign a Client Consent & Liability Waiver. This form confirms that you understand the services being provided, disclose any relevant health information, and acknowledge the risks and responsibilities associated with your treatment.
Failure to complete the required waiver before your appointment may result in your service being canceled or rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- We kindly ask for at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time if you reschedule with at least 24-hour notice.
- Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Late Arrival Policy
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled based on availability.
- Late arrivals that require rescheduling may forfeit their deposit.
Health & Safety
For your safety, please notify us of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, pregnancy, implanted medical devices, skin conditions, or medications that may affect your treatment. Services may be declined or rescheduled if it is not safe to proceed.
Results Disclaimer
Results vary from person to person. Maintaining proper hydration, a balanced diet, regular exercise, and following all aftercare instructions will help maximize your results. Noemi Oasis cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Packages
- Package sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Packages must be used within 6 months of the purchase date unless otherwise stated.
Guests & Children
To provide a peaceful environment and ensure safety, only clients receiving services are permitted in the treatment room. Please arrange childcare before your appointment.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services, deposits, packages, memberships, or gift certificates.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information, arriving on time, and following all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions.
Right to Refuse Service
Noemi Oasis reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, behaves in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner, or if treatment is determined to be unsafe.
Agreement
By booking an appointment with Noemi Oasis, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
